Description
Step into the wild these school holidays and join our Forest ReWilders for a morning of hands-on bush adventure, creativity and discovery at Brimbank Park. Children will learn practical bushcraft and rewilding skills, including building shelters from natural materials, tying useful knots, identifying plants, and learning simple bushcrafts.
Through guided activities and plenty of free exploration, they’ll build confidence, teamwork and problem-solving skills while connecting deeply with the land. Our Forest School leaders support children to follow their curiosity, move at their own pace, and discover the joy of outdoor learning.
Perfect for kids who love being outdoors and learning real bush skills while rewilding their senses and spirit.
This workshop is led by rewilding enthusiast Zoë, who holds a bachelor’s degree in Ecological Conservation and brings a passion for nature connection and hands-on outdoor learning.
Eco Explorers is an all-weather outdoor program, so wearing appropriate weather protection and clothing is important.
Ages: 4 – 8 years (siblings under 24 months are welcome to attend for free).
*Parents are responsible for their children at all times and are encouraged to join in on the fun!Â
