Join us in term 2 2026 for our Bush Babies Bush Playgroup program (9 weeks) at Newport Lakes Reserve in Newport, situated in the traditional Country of the Bunurong People. Newport Lakes Reserve is the perfect inner west – city location for our bush playgroup as it is home to an abundance of birdlife with its beautiful wetlands and lake
Bush Babies is about slowing down and soaking up these precious early years together. It is a space for connection & for families to build friendships, and spend meaningful time outdoors with their babies. Surrounded by fresh air, birdsong and open sky, we are planting seeds in these early years to support healthy early development through rich sensory experiences, movement and connection in nature
Our dedicated team of facilitators create a safe and nurturing space where children can develop social skills, build confidence, and connect with the natural world (read more about our team here). This Bush Playgroup is facilitated by Bush Playgroup Facilitator Trudy.
Ages: 0 – 2 years (2-year-olds can attend this group or Tawny Toddlers)
